What’s new in the Kiefel Fiber Thermoforming world?
At this year’s Interpack we announced it for the first time – there is news about our machine NATUREFORMER KFT 90. From now on all KFT 90 models are available as advanced version from purchase.
Why is there now an “Advanced Version”?
We have high standards for ourselves and never want to stand still. Therefore, we have analyzed what we can optimize to ensure the long-term competitiveness of our customers in the field of natural fiber packaging. Output is of course always a key factor here. This is very much influenced by the cycle time. With the improved model, we enable our customers to shorten the cycle times, produce more products in less time and thus have long-term success on the market. We have the advantage of being able to drive such developments forward quickly in our Technology Center.
What makes the KFT 90 as advanced version so special?
The biggest advantage – as already mentioned – is speed. With the advanced version, our customers can increase their output by reducing cycle time by 30%, which means faster production and greater efficiency than before.
There are also improvements in other areas, such as more stable production thanks to new temperature controllers for greater process reliability.
In addition, the optimized HMI interface makes operation even easier. Furthermore, the advanced version has the ability to produce good parts from the very first cycle. The machine no longer needs to be “warmed up” first.
Can customers who already have the KFT 90 benefit from all these advantages?
Of course they can! For customers who already have KFT 90 machines, these innovative functions are also available as an “Advanced Upgrade”. It can be retrofitted to all KFT 90 models with little effort.
